Chanse Osborne and Nathan DeSpain founded Next Level: Demolition & Dirt Work out of Rosendale, Missouri — two guys who run equipment themselves and answer the phone when you call.
No middlemen. No crews you've never met. The people you talk to are the people on the job site — operating the machines, making the decisions, and standing behind the work.
We started this company because we saw too many property owners get burned by big outfits that over-promise and under-deliver. We do things differently — show up on time, do the job right, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.
